Where Vault stock is available, you can purchase directly. When a piece is out of stock and an inquiry option is shown, select “Inquire about Artisan Pre-Order”.

We’ll confirm availability, price and estimated timing before you decide whether to place an order. An inquiry does not place an order or require payment.

If you need it for a particular date, include that date in your inquiry.

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your item has a defect, please email team@rayaatelier.com within two business days after the recorded delivery date.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays; the delivery date is not counted.

Please include your order number or other valid proof of purchase, a clear description of the issue and at least three clear photographs showing the item and the issue.

Each RÁYA piece is handmade. Subtle variations in hand-twisted fringes, texture and colour are characteristic of the craft. We will assess any reported issue individually.

Please await our instructions before returning any item. We will review your submission and advise you of the next steps.
